20.11.08 makeshift makes books
In recent months we've entered the wonderful
world of book design, having produced one publication
for Melbourne's Next
Wave Festival (a little handmade case printed
on 'the
fagette' riso duplicator, holding a concertina
fold out for each of the three featured artists;
it's called Drop Down: NSW Artists in the 2008
Next Wave Festival, and we still have some
left if anyone would like a copy), and the other
for Sydney's own Gang
Festival. The latter, being gang re:Publik,
is a hefty 240-page anthology of Australian-Indonesian
collaborations in art and writing, which also involved
creative cartography for the cover...
